Good for Good

Trees are essential to human life. Their environmental, psychological, social, and economic value to our communities is inestimable. When an urban forest is decimated by disaster, a professional, coordinated response is needed. Planting trees is a practical, effective, and unique way for volunteers to help a community rebuild. Consequently, 5% of our net proceeds go to Keep America Beautiful® to redefine disaster relief through their RETREET® program.

RETREET® provides disaster relief to communities on a local, national, and international level by leading volunteers in restoring decimated urban forests.

The Earth

Our packaging consists of Bio-PE, PCR content, light-weighted caps and recycled glass wherever possible. The type of material included is stated on each of our products and their packaging.

  • Camu Camu: A superfruit with one of the highest contents of vitamin c on the planet. A special blend of this superfruit has been shown to help lessen the appearance of dark spots with continued use.
  • Hyaluronic Acid: Known for its superior hydrating benefits, this super humectant can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water.
  • Vitamin E: An antioxidant that helps protect against free radical damage.
  • Seabuckthorn Fruit Oil: Derived from the Seabuckthorn berry–sometimes referred to as the holy fruit of the Himalayas–this oil contains a unique blend of fatty acids that are known to help hydrate the skin.
  • Red Maple Bark: Sustainably sourced from maple trees, has been shown to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
  • Ash Bark & Niacinamide: A special blend that has been shown to help reduce puffiness and the appearance of dark circles under the eye with continued use.
  • Shea Butter: Said to be used by Cleopatra; contains essential fatty acids that help moisturize the skin.
  • Glacial Clay: A unique clay discovered off the coast of British Columbia, Canada, well known for its soothing properties.
  • Kaolin: Known for its abilities to absorb impurities from the skin, kaolin is a clay mineral named after the Kao-Ling Hill in China where it was mined for centuries.
  • Sweet Almond Oil: Extracted from sweet almonds, this oil is rich in vitamin e and is known to have hydrating and soothing properties.
  • Glycerin: Known to lock in moisture.
  • Indian Wild Indigo: Known for its restorative benefits and shown to help reduce stress on the skin.
  • Aquaxyl™: A blend of plant-derived sugars that increases the moisturizing effects of glycerin.
  • Moringa Butter: Extracted from the moringa tree–known as the miracle tree–and used in folk remedies for centuries. Known for its moisturizing and soothing effects.
  • Cupuaçu Butter: Extracted from the fruit of the Amazonian cupuaçu tree; known to provide superior hydration and contain powerful antioxidants.
  • Castor Seed Oil: An emollient, rich in essential fatty acids.
  • Avocado Powder: Exfoliating powder created from whole, upcycled avocados, leading to zero waste.
  • Guinea Pepper Extract: Potent antioxidant that helps protect against free-radical damage.
  • Bamboo Stem Extract: An earth-friendly exfoliant made from bamboo stems.
  • Apple Extract: A natural apple sugar complex that is known for its moisturizing properties.
  • Birch Sap: Extracted from organically grown white birch trees. A natural source of vitamins, minerals and sugars that helps moisturize skin.
  • Rambutan Peel Extract: Upcycled from organic rambutan peels that are sustainably harvested for their fresh, hydrating properties.
  • Aloe Vera Juice: Extracted from the calming, soothing aloe vera plant which the Egyptians called “the plant of immortality.”

All of our products are made in the USA with domestic & imported ingredients.

Only OTC (over-the counter) products with a drug facts panel have expiration dates, and those expiration dates are printed on the crimps of tubes or on cartons. Even though most Fieldtrip products do not have expiration dates, we recommend that they are used within 12 months of opening.

Your Fieldtrip Order

All orders, unless priority shipment is specified or otherwise noted above, will ship via either US Postal Service Ground or UPS Ground. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO locations and U.S. territories will ship via US Postal Service.

Standard Ground Shipping

  •  Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days depending on product availability.
    Most Standard Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • Orders destined for P.O. boxes are delivered within 6 -14 business days.
  • Orders destined for APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 days of the order’s ship dates.
  • Please note that the Free Shipping on Orders does not apply to shipping to APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

2nd Day Service

2nd Day orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. 2nd day orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
  • Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd Day Shipments.
  • For all 33 oz. bottles shipped via 2nd Day, add $25 to the Standard Shipping Charges.

Overnight Service

Overnight orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
  • Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight Shipments.
  • For all 33 oz. bottles shipped via Overnight, add $50 to the Standard Shipping Charges.

Electronic Delivery

Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions

In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items such as fragrance must be delivered via Standard ground shipping and cannot be shipped via 2nd day or overnight. If 2nd Day or Overnight is selected upon check-out, you will be notified that if one or more of your products are not eligible, the entire order will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. Additionally, fragrances cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We are proud to ship to our military customers around the world. Orders to APO addresses will ship via Military Postal Service Agency, which is an extension of the United States Postal Service. The Military Postal Service provides Department of Defense personnel, their family members, and other authorized users mail services around the world. Shipment times vary and the differences are based on the country in which they are stationed and the type of military operation in which they are involved. Some shipments can take up to 45 days.

If your order will be shipped overseas it can take 7 to 10 days to go from the local post office to the U.S. Postal Service “gateway” (New York or San Francisco). At the gateway, mail is sorted, bagged, and tagged to arrive at a military postal unit overseas. While commercial aircraft are very consistent, there could be a large variation in transit times due to military aircraft schedules, weather, transportation and military operations in theater, or movement of a service member's unit.

To return items purchased on fieldtripskin.com, please follow these steps

STEP 1: Submit Return Request Online

  1. Log in to your Fieldtrip account. If you originally checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account on fieldtripskin.com. When creating your account, please be sure to use the same email address that you used when making your original purchase.
  2. From the Order History page, select the order containing the item(s) which you wish to return. If you checked out as a guest, under the Return Guest Order Item section, enter the same email address that you used when making your original guest purchase and the order number found on your order confirmation email.
  3. From the Order Details page, select the item(s) to be returned and press the “Return Items” button. Only items with a check box are eligible to be returned. Fieldtrip egift cards, sampler packettes, or a gift with purchase cannot be returned.
  4. Complete the Return Form identifying the reason(s) you wish to return the item(s).
  5. Once your return request is submitted, an RMA Number is generated.
  6. Fieldtrip provides a quick, convenient return service. Simply select "Generate Shipping Label" to purchase a $5.95 UPS return shipping label. Applicable sales tax will be added, as required by individual state law, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. After your shipping label has been successfully generated, an email will be sent to the address on the original order with your Return Shipping Label, RMA Number, and instructions on how to package the items. To print your Return Shipping Label from the site, select View Label.
  7. If you wish to return your product(s) with the carrier of your choice or you are shipping from outside the continental United States, select Other Shipping Carrier. An email will be sent to the address on the original order with your RMA Number and instructions on how to package the items. To print your RMA Number, select View RMA Number.

STEP 2: Package Items

Returns must contain at least 50% of the original contents. Returned product sets must contain all original items included in the set. You can use the original Fieldtrip shipment box or any unmarked cardboard box–just make sure there are no existing shipping labels on the box.

STEP 3: Ship Package

If you are shipping from within the continental United States and using the UPS label provided, place the label in a UPS shipping pouch. If you do not have a pouch affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label. Take care not to cover any seams or closures.

Please clearly display your RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Drop the labeled package off at any of the UPS Drop box locations. To find the closest drop box location, visit www.ups.com/dropoff.

If you are not using the provided label, for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, returns must be shipped back to our mailing address (below) using a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. Fieldtrip is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and does not reimburse shipping charges.

If you are shipping to us from outside the continental United States, we are unable to provide you with a prepaid shipping label, but you may return your product(s) back to us with the carrier of your choice.

You will receive an email when your return has been received. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account. Please note we do not refund shipping fees, including any return shipping fees you may have incurred. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased on fieldtripskin.com. Purchases made in a partnered retail store, website, or spa may not be returned to Fieldtripskin.com If the item you wish to return was not purchased on our website, please return the product to the place of purchase for resolution.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify Customer Service via email at [email protected] The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly and we are unable to make changes to most orders. Please contact our care team immediately at [email protected] with your order info and we will do our best to address your request.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will not be processed until the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Customer orders shipping to APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the U.S. Postal Service and are not eligible for priority or overnight delivery. These packages are shipped via boat and may take up to 14-21 days to deliver.
